Job description
Chick-fil-A Shawnee Mission is seeking a Director of Catering (Beyond the Restaurant - BTR) to lead our catering, delivery, and community partnerships, ensuring exceptional guest experiences beyond the four walls.
You will recruit and coach the BTR Captain team, build community relationships, and collaborate with the leadership team to drive sales, with a flexible schedule and Sunday closure.
