Gourmet Dining & Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a Catering Director to lead catering and events across multiple campuses. You will manage a team, build client relations, and ensure the highest quality catering for guests.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Hospitality or Culinary Arts with at least 5 years in hospitality and 2 years in management, plus experience in menu costing, pricing contracts, and staff development.
