Job description
Grand View Lodge is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Director of Catering to lead our catering and events operation in MN. You will own the catering revenue line, develop sales and marketing strategies, and mentor a catering team while coordinating closely with the Executive Chef on menus and pricing.
This on-site role requires at least 5 years in hotel or resort catering or related sales, with supervisory experience and a bachelor’s degree.
