Job description
Grand View Lodge is seeking a strategic Director of Catering to lead our catering and events operation. You will develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, manage a talented catering team, and serve as the critical link between clients and our operational departments to ensure flawless events.
This role owns the catering revenue, mentors staff, and collaborates with the Executive Chef on menu design and pricing.
