Boar's Head Resort is seeking a Director of Catering who leads high‑profile events with a client‑first approach. The role sells venues, negotiates contracts, plans menus, and guides a Catering team while partnering with Sales Managers and the culinary team to ensure flawless events.
The DOC will cultivate relationships with planners and stakeholders, coordinate with all departments for successful execution, and participate in networking opportunities to drive long‑term business growth.
