Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Director of Catering to lead all catered functions with a focus on growth and exceptional guest experience. This role oversees planning, budgeting, and execution across the unit, partnering with sales to drive new business and menu development.
The ideal candidate has 12+ years in hospitality or high-volume catering, a background in pricing and billing, and a proven track record of coaching catering staff to Parkhurst standards.
