Job description
Parkhurst Dining, a brand of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, seeks a Director of Catering in Biddeford, ME to lead all catered functions from origination to execution in a high-volume unit. You will partner with sales to grow business, plan menus, and ensure superb guest experiences.
The ideal candidate has 12+ years in hospitality or catering, 7+ years in leadership, and a proven ability to develop pricing, manage budgets, and train catering staff to Parkhurst standards.
