Hemet Global Medical Center in Santa Ana, CA, seeks a Director of Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) to lead the hospital’s CDI program and align clinical documentation with coding and quality goals.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in a healthcare field, 5+ years of healthcare experience and 3+ years CDI leadership; a Master’s degree is preferred. The Director collaborates with HIM, Coding, Case Management, and medical staff to ensure accurate documentation and appropriate reimbursement.
