Job description
A growing Christian church in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Director of Children and Family Ministry to develop and oversee ministries for children (birth to 5th grade). The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and engaging environment, recruit and train volunteers, and partner with families to enhance children's spiritual growth. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills, prior experience in children's ministry, and a bachelor's degree.
