Job description
e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. seeks a Director of Claims & Clinical Testing to lead global substantiation, shaping study strategy and translating scientific outcomes into compliant, consumer-friendly claims.
Partner with Product Development, R&D, Regulatory, Legal, and Marketing to design and deliver clinical and consumer studies across brands. The role oversees end-to-end testing for color, skincare, hair care and more, builds external lab partnerships, and advances innovative ingredients.
