Job description
Argo Group is seeking a Director, Claims Triage to lead a nationwide triage operation and manage a fast-paced team handling workers’ compensation, liability, and property claims. The role will drive performance metrics, process improvements, and the deployment of AI/LLM technology to enhance triage quality and speed.
The successful candidate will partner with Claims leadership, oversee budgeting, talent development, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliance and profitability.
