Job description
Northern Pines Mental Health Center is seeking a Program Director to lead the Client Access Specialist team and Call Center, supervising daily operations, training staff, and ensuring compliant intake and referral processes across six counties. Travel throughout the service region is required.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and supervisory experience; an associate degree in medical administration or related field is preferred.
