Job description
Anatomy IT is seeking a Director of Client Experience in Miami to lead the Account Management team and drive client retention, growth, and satisfaction. The role oversees a small team and owns operating discipline, forecast accuracy, QBR execution, and pipeline health to meet revenue goals.
You will coach Account Managers, manage high-value accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client health and service delivery. Travel 25-40% as required.
