Job description
Terracon's Florida Division is seeking a Client Development Director to lead the Client Development organization across the state. This senior role partners with division leadership to drive growth, develop talent, and enhance client experience.
The successful candidate will coach multiple Client Development Managers and Specialists, align teams around strategic goals, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and technical groups to expand long-term revenue and market presence in Florida.
