Job description
The Director of Client Services at Wheels, Inc. leads the account management team to deliver world‑class fleet management support and customer outcomes. This role guides 6–7 direct reports and develops staff through coaching, training and performance management.
You will partner with Operations, Product, and Sales to align service models with client needs, monitor key metrics, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining service excellence across the organization.
