Job description
The Association for Individual Development (AID) in Aurora, IL is seeking a Director –Client Services to oversee quality and compliance across I/DD programs, interpreting Illinois rules and accreditation standards. This role will coordinate audits and drive program improvements.
You will lead QA reviews, develop checklists, supervise staff, and coordinate licensure activities with CARF, BALC, BQMP, and Rule 116, while ensuring data reporting and client safety and rights.
