Job description
The Association for Individual Development (AID) is seeking a Director – Client Services focused on Quality and Compliance Measures to guide I/DD programs in interpreting and maintaining compliance with state rules and accreditation standards. You will track quality measures, analyze data, and report findings to leadership, while representing the agency on internal and external committees.
