Job description
Med-Metrix is seeking a Director of Client Services to ensure client satisfaction and retention across assigned accounts. You will lead a team of managers and analysts, collaborate with operations, and drive profitability improvements while maintaining HIPAA compliance and strong client relationships.
The role requires 7–10 years in health system or physician practice settings, deep revenue cycle knowledge, and outstanding communication skills. Travel to client sites may be required.
