Intervene K-12 is seeking a Director of Client Success & Implementation to lead the day-to-day CS organization and build the systems, processes, and team discipline needed to onboard, support, retain, and scale K-12 partnerships.
The role focuses on transitioning from post-sale handoff to onboarding, implementation coordination, launch, ongoing account health, risk management, and renewal readiness, with a strong emphasis on running a CS operating system rather than traditional account
