Job description
Asprcmsolutions is seeking a senior client success leader to own retention and net revenue retention across the US client base. You will lead the client success team, run the governance rhythm, and ensure performance is visible before it becomes a problem.
You will work with executives, read AR aging, denial trends and the collections waterfall, and you will turn around at‑risk accounts while coordinating with a global delivery organization across time zones.
