Job description
Optum is seeking a Clinic Coordinator Operations Director to lead centralized clinic operations across the market, collaborating with Clinical Support Services and Regional Clinical Teams. You will drive visit preparation, patient outreach, and care coordination initiatives, traveling weekly through Southern California and occasionally to Northern California.
You will oversee KPI-driven workflows, implement standardized processes, and coach Supervisors to build a strong leadership pipeline.
