Job description
Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Health Care Director to lead the community’s nursing team and manage day-to-day healthcare operations. You will supervise nurses, AMAPs, and CNAs, oversee the medication management program, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating care with physicians and pharmacists.
The role requires an RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and 1–2 years of nursing leadership experience with preference for 3+ years.
