Haven Hospice in Palatka, FL is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead clinical services and operational excellence across the hospice team. The role emphasizes compassionate end-of-life care, regulatory compliance, and strategic leadership in a supportive environment.
The selected candidate will oversee patient care, guide nursing supervisors, manage budgets, and ensure records and compliance meet CHAP standards. This position may require acting as Executive Director when needed.
