Job description
Advanced Surgery Center of North County in Escondido, CA seeks a Clinical Director to oversee day-to-day operations of the OR, Pre-OP/PACU, and SPD, implementing initiatives to improve efficiency and patient experience.
This role reports to the ASC Administrator, supports credentialing, safety, risk management, and staff performance, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no on-call, nights, weekends, or holidays. Starting pay ranges from $124,800 to $175,000 annually, depending on experience.
