Job description
Sheridan Community Hospital is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to provide strategic leadership and operational direction for assigned clinical departments. This role partners with physicians, nursing leaders, department managers, and support services to advance hospital goals and improve workflows.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, with at least five years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
