Job description
Diversicare is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead clinical excellence across our Midwest network of nursing centers. You will drive systems, standards, and education to elevate patient care and regulatory compliance.
Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, you will guide infection control, dementia care standards, and cross-site performance, with relocation assistance available and a strong focus on quality of life for residents.
