Job description
Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead the future of senior care across our Midwest nursing homes. You will drive clinical excellence, develop standards, and report to the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality care.
You will oversee clinical systems, staff education, and population health initiatives across Chanute, Council Grove, Haysville, Hutchinson, Larned, and Sedgwick centers.
