Job description
FCC Behavioral Health is seeking a Director for the West Plains program in West Plains, MO. The role provides leadership and oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with clinical care standards and agency strategic plans.
The Director will supervise the Clinical Manager and supervisees, participate in PQI and department meetings, and drive program profitability while maintaining compliance with CARF/ DMH standards. This is a full-time, on-site position in West Plains.
