Job description
Community Medical Centers seeks a Director of Quality and Medical Staff Services to lead the clinical quality program, safety, and patient experience, ensuring compliance with NCQA, HEDIS, STARS, and regulations.
The role requires a California RN license, a Bachelor's in Nursing (Master's preferred), and 5 years of nursing with 2 years of leadership in quality or credentialing. This on-site position will collaborate with the CMO to advance care standards.
