Job description
Alpaca Health, Inc. is seeking a Director of Clinical Quality and Outcomes to define, build, and scale the clinical excellence layer of the company.
This role focuses on turning clinical quality into a scalable system embedded in care delivery across hundreds of independent providers. You will own standards for what constitutes great care, translate them into measurable metrics, and ensure adherence through training, audits, and product-driven workflows.
