Job description
Sharp HealthCare seeks a Director of Clinical Quality and Patient Safety to provide strategic oversight and integration of quality and patient safety initiatives at Tri-City Medical Center. You will partner with executive leadership to foster a safety culture, drive high-reliability performance, and guide advanced clinical analytics to improve outcomes.
The role requires a Master’s in nursing or related field, 5+ years clinical healthcare experience, and prior management experience.
