Job description
Compass Health Center in Silver Spring, MD, is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead our PHP/IOP clinical programs. You will provide direct coaching and development to a multidisciplinary team while shaping a culture of clinical excellence at the new location.
You will oversee associate directors, therapists, and staff, manage hiring, onboarding, supervision, and ensure compliance with accrediting bodies, while coordinating with leadership on policy execution and patient care."
