Job description

Leap Health, Inc. is seeking a Director of Clinical Strategy & Operations in New York City. You will own the charter for high-value cross-functional initiatives, leading design, metrics, and execution across Clinical Operations, Client Success, Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Engineering.

You will align teams on experiments and drive outcomes that shape company strategy, scaling through a period of rapid growth. This hybrid role requires 2+ days in office weekly and travel as needed.
