Job description
Riverside Community Care seeks a Director of Clinical Training for the CLS division to develop and implement training plans on evidenced-based practices and model-specific topics to foster a culture of learning and improve service delivery. The role includes delivering trainings in diverse settings, often independently, using manuals and group activities.
Lectures, debriefs, coaching, and consultation support staff; may invite external programs to trainings.
