Job description
SPX Technologies seeks a Director, R&D to lead engineering of coil heat exchanger products for HVAC, refrigeration, and industrial applications. You will shape technical strategy, manage global teams, and partner with Manufacturing, Sourcing, Product Management, and Sales to bring new solutions to market.
The role requires 12–15 years of progressive engineering experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of heat exchanger design and codes.
