Job description
The Agnes Irwin School in Bryn Mawr, PA seeks a seasoned Director of College Counseling to lead the college search and application guidance for ~35 counselees per year, and to shape AIS's robust counseling program.
The ideal candidate will bring seven+ years in independent school college counseling, a Master’s degree preferred, and a commitment to DEIB. You will collaborate across teams, mentor staff, and represent AIS at national and local conferences.
