Job description
Rowan College at Burlington County seeks an Executive Director to lead the RCBC Foundation, directing fundraising, alumni programs, and donor relations to advance the College's strategic priorities. Under the College President and foundation board input, the role builds programs, manages staff and budgets, oversees events, and cultivates external partnerships with business and community leaders.
A Bachelor's degree is required with 5–7 years of nonprofit fundraising and supervisory experience
