Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty insurance operations. You will partner with regional leadership to drive standardization, efficiency, and client service excellence across the brokerage.
Ideal candidates hold an active P&C license, CPCU or CIC designation, 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership at a large broker, and proven ability to manage mergers, integration, and change in a matrix organization.
