Job description
Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations for Commercial Property & Casualty. You will partner with divisional and regional leadership to standardize workflows, drive efficiency, and scale the practice across the network.
The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC preferred, and proven ability to manage complex integrations and change in a large brokerage environment.
