Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations, driving consistency, efficiency, and growth across the agency. This executive role partners with divisional and regional leadership to standardize workflows, improve service delivery, and support strategic M&A initiatives.
The ideal candidate will hold an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation, and 5–7+ years of leadership in a large brokerage.
