Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national operations and drive performance across the Commercial P&C practice. The role partners with divisional leaders to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and support M&A integration while delivering exceptional client service.
The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license with CPCU/CIC (or equivalent) and brings 5–7+ years of leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
