Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director of Commercial Lines to lead nationwide operations, optimize workflows, and drive performance. The role partners with divisional leaders to standardize processes, enhance client service, and support growth through strategic transformation.
The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license with CPCU/CIC and 5–7+ years in a senior Commercial Lines leadership role within a large agency, preferably with EPIC experience.
