Job description
Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national P&C operations, drive standardization, and optimize agency performance across the brokerage. This role partners with division and regional leaders to deliver exceptional client service while aligning with strategic objectives.
Ideal candidate has an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC, 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership at a large broker, strong analytics, and EPIC experience.
