Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to act as a national SME in Commercial Property & Casualty and agency operations. This fully remote role follows Central Time Zone hours; there may be hybrid onsite requirements for certain locations within a 50-mile radius of a IOA branch.
You will partner with divisional leadership to standardize workflows, drive process improvements, and support M&A integration while delivering exceptional client service and shareholder value.
