Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations for Commercial Property & Casualty. The role partners with divisional leadership to drive standardized workflows, enhance performance, and support strategic initiatives across the brokerage.
Ideal candidates bring 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC strongly preferred; EPIC experience is a plus. Remote work is preferred with occasional on-site as needed.
