Job description
Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national P&C operations and drive efficiency across the broker. This senior role partners with regional leadership to standardize workflows, accelerate performance, and elevate client service.
Ideal candidates hold an active P&C license, CPCU or CIC, 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership within a large agency, with M&A and change experience. Remote work is preferred with occasional on-site as needed.
