Proven success improving operations, implementing best practices, and developing teams

Experience overseeing capital projects, vendors, tenant relationships, and operational risk

Entrepreneurial, solutions‑oriented mindset

Engineering degree is a plus, but not required

CPM, RPA, FMA, or similar designation is a plus

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Stamford, Connecticut , with the ability to travel throughout the portfolio

Additional compensation opportunities tied to long‑term portfolio performance and strategic objectives

Why This Opportunity?

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply maintain an established playbook. You’ll have the opportunity to help build it.

Working directly with ownership and executive leadership, you’ll lead a growing commercial portfolio, develop your team, improve systems and processes, and help shape how the property management organization evolves.

If you’re an experienced commercial property management leader who thinks like an owner, takes initiative, develops great teams, and is always looking for a better way to operate , we’d like to hear from you.
