Job description
Corporate office located in Middleburg, VA has a Commercial Real Estate Development and Leasing position open.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Retail Development Development or redevelopment of small retail properties:
DesignWork with civil engineers to develop site plans,
Work with architects to design buildings
Develop Budget
PermittingObtain entitlements and permitting as required,
Obtain site plan approval
ConstructionObtain General Contractor bids for projects,
Select General Contractor and negotiate construction contract,
Oversee construction process
Leasing All aspects of leasing for retail tenants:
Find quality tenants
Negotiate acceptable leases
Lease management
