Job description
BridgeBio seeks an Associate Director/Director, Commercial Strategy & Operations to support the Chief Commercial Officer in advancing late-stage assets to market. This pan-portfolio role drives cross-functional collaboration, aligns tactics, and oversees key projects to ensure launch readiness.
On-site in San Francisco or Palo Alto 3-4 days a week, the role requires 5-10+ years in biotech/pharma, US launch experience, and strong leadership and communication. Travel ~20% is expected.
