Job description
CommQuest Services, Inc. is seeking a Director of Community-Based Services to lead a team of case managers at our Canton Outpatient location. You will supervise staff across social work, behavioral health, and community services while guiding client access to resources.
We value professionals with a Master’s in counseling or social work and an LPCC-S/LISW-S license, plus 7+ years in operations with supervisory experience. Excellent collaboration and leadership are essential.
